BAHHH!! i am soooo unbelievably proud of myself!!
I have this route run … or try to at least… 3 times a week and its 1.7 miles. I usually use the fire hydrants as my marks or where to stop and start running since I’m not where I would like to be with my stamina…
Today i ran not only 1.7 miles in just under 17 minutes but I only walked twice!!!!!
